Pentomax is a company that manufactures and supplies aluminium and PVC sandwich panels. We are a top European producer of decorative door panels, with customers in many EU countries, including Italy, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Belgium and France.
Pentomax was founded in 1999 by 2 engineers with the objective of bringing to Romania the latest technologies in building design and construction, with a high degree of innovation, flexibility and technical efficiency.
We have invested heavily in technologically advanced machines to insure our customers that they have access to the most efficient and cost-optimized solutions. Our production capacity is constantly being expanded with the introduction of new technologies and solutions to satisfy our customers’ needs.
Company launch
PENTOMAX starts its activity with the aim of producing thermal insulating sandwich panels for aluminum and PVC carpentry.
Business expansion
PENTOMAX launches its second manufacturing location. Through the permanent concern for the most effective management and marketing, it has gained a certain reputation among the profile companies on the Romanian market, the relevant being the economic results, the turnover increasing spectacularly from one year to the next.
Quality certification
PENTOMAX obtains the Quality Management System Certification in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001/2000 Standard, thus demonstrating its perseverance in maintaining a top quality level.
New headquarters
PENTOMAX acquires a new headquarters in Constanta, where both the factory and the administrative building are located.
Pursuing the maintenance of a premium quality level, investments are made in machines, IT equipment and communications, being at the same time purchased latest generation software.
New equipment
PENTOMAX makes a new investment in modern machinery, in the same year obtaining a new quality certification, the SR EN ISO 9001/2008 standard.
Ongoing growth
PENTOMAX continues the series of investments in the latest generation equipment, acquiring ultra-performance equipment with the role of optimizing production costs, but also supporting innovation by creating new products, unique on the Romanian market.

As a producer of sandwich panels, we offer many solutions that are implemented in such industries as: automotive, construction,
advertising, education and wherever private investors find the use of panels offered in our product catalog. In each of the dedicated industries, we offer several functional solutions, varied in terms of panel construction, type of filling and the expected function. We also offer the production of sandwich panels made to special customer orders.
Our products
As a manufacturer of door panels, we offer P-Max Therm sandwich panels for door panels, which, thanks to various external claddings (PVC, HPL, ALU) are used in various industries. The inner layer of panels is, among others extruded polystyrene (XPS) or polyurethane (PUR) foam, ensuring durability of sandwich panels in relation to low weight. It is possible to use various types of inserts such as ALU or dB, which affects their anti-burglary or sound-absorbing properties.
