P-Max Thermo
P-Max Thermo is the range of thermal insulating sandwich panels developed by Pentomax for applications that require high energy efficiency and enhanced indoor comfort. Featuring surface layers made of aluminium, HPL or PVC and a core of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS), these panels provide excellent thermal insulation, helping to reduce heat loss and significantly lower energy consumption. Additionally, P-Max Thermo panels offer effective sound insulation — including noise absorption from rain — and are resistant to mechanical damage, making them a durable and versatile solution for various construction and industrial applications.

ALU bond composite on both sides, XPS core
Composite panels consisting of composite aluminum cover sheets with a thickness of 4mm and a core of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).

ALU on both sides, XPS core
Composite panels consisting of pure aluminium cover sheets with a thickness of 1,0 – 1,5mm and a core of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).

ALU/HD on both sides, PUR core
Composite panels consisting of foiled pure aluminium cover sheets with a thickness of 1,5mm sand a core of polyurethane foam (PUR).

HPL on one side, coated with decorative film, PUR core, PVC on rear side
Composite panels consisting of foiled high pressure laminated (HPL) cover sheets with a thickness of 2,0mm and a core of polyurethane foam (PUR).

HPL on both sides, XPS core
Composite panels consisting of a high pressure laminate (HPL) with a thickness of 2,0mm and a core of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).

HPL on one side, coated with decorative film, XPS core, PVC on rear side
Composite panels consisting of foiled high pressure laminated (HPL) and a PVC compact panel with a thickness of 2,0mm or 1,5mm and a core of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).
